1. Operator Details

Chanda is operated by Core3 Innovations ("we", "us", "our").

2. What Chanda Provides

Chanda is software for mandals, trusts, societies, and committees to digitally record donation collections, generate receipts, track expenses, manage users, and view reports.

Chanda is the software layer only. It is not a payment gateway, payment aggregator, wallet, bank, or fundraising platform.

3. Donation and Payment Responsibility

Donations are transactions directly between the donor and the mandal, in cash or by UPI/bank transfer that the mandal arranges itself.

• Receive donation money
• Hold donation money
• Settle or transfer donation money
• Process UPI or card payments
• Operate a wallet

Chanda does none of the above. The mandal is responsible for confirming receipt of the donation, cash handling, payment verification, donor accuracy, accounting, tax treatment, and use of collected funds.

4. Account Registration and Authorised Use

Mandal accounts are created by a mandal admin, who must provide accurate registration information.

Each user must keep login credentials confidential and use only the access granted to them. The mandal admin is responsible for choosing appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

5. Roles and Permissions

Chanda includes the roles Mandal Admin, Treasurer, Volunteer, and Viewer. Access depends on the assigned role and mandal.

We may change role names, permissions, and features as the product evolves, provided this does not unreasonably remove functionality without reasonable notice.

6. Free Access

Chanda is currently provided free of charge to registered mandals, with no receipt packs or subscription fees.

We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future. Any such change will be communicated with reasonable notice before it takes effect, and will not apply retroactively to usage already completed.

7. Account Activation and Access

A mandal's account and login access become available once its registration is confirmed by our team. Confirmation may be communicated by WhatsApp, message, or in-app notice.

8. No Automatic Settlement or Accounting Guarantee

Reports generated in Chanda are based on records entered by mandal users. Chanda does not independently verify bank statements, audited accounts, or proof that money was actually received.

The mandal should reconcile records in Chanda with its own bank, cash, UPI, and accounting records.

9. WhatsApp and Receipt Sharing

Chanda lets a user share a generated receipt (as a PDF or image) using the device's own share sheet or a WhatsApp link the user opens themselves.

Chanda does not operate an automated WhatsApp messaging service and does not guarantee delivery, read status, or timing of any message sent this way — that depends on WhatsApp and the recipient's device.

10. Uploaded Content and Documents

Mandals and users are responsible for files they upload, including bill photos, mandal logos, and profile photos.

Uploaded content must not be malicious, illegal, unauthorised, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Core3 Innovations retains ownership of the Chanda software, design, branding, and product materials.

The mandal retains ownership of its own donor records, expense records, and uploaded content, subject to our right to process it in order to provide the service.

12. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Chanda available. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, hosting provider issues, network problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, a security risk, misuse of another mandal's data, or breach of applicable law.

A mandal may stop using the service at any time; export of a mandal's own records may be requested before deactivation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core3 Innovations is not liable for donation disputes between a mandal and its donors, incorrect entries made by mandal users, cash-handling errors, payment verification carried out outside Chanda, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

15. Indemnity

The mandal agrees to protect Core3 Innovations from claims, losses, or costs arising from the mandal's donor relationships, collection transactions, false or inaccurate receipts, misuse of donor data, or the mandal's breach of these terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Latur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service, pricing, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner, such as an in-app notice or a note on this page.
